Q: I've ordered, but I haven't received an order confirmation email yet – help!

Thanks for your order! We send an order confirmation email for every order placed on our website. Please note that some email programs classify our order confirmation emails as 'spam' or 'promotions' – so you might find your confirmation email hiding in another folder.

Q: I've ordered, but haven't received tracking information yet – help! 

Thanks for your order! Tracking numbers are only issued (via email) after your order has been processed and can take up to 24 hours to be sent after your order has been dispatched. Please see our shipping & returns page for current processing times. Please note that some email programs classify our order confirmation emails as 'spam' or 'promotions' – so you might find your dispatch confirmation email hiding in another folder.


Q: I've ordered, when will my order arrive?

Thanks for your order! The delivery timeframe for your order will depend on when you ordered, what you ordered and where you're located. You'll find current processing & delivery times on our shipping and returns page, and the date of your order at the top of your order confirmation email. 

Q: My order hasn't turned up yet – help! 

Thanks for your order, and sorry to hear it hasn't arrived yet! If the delivery timeframe outlined on our shipping page has passed, we suggest checking the tracking information for your order, which you'll find in your dispatch confirmation email. Please note, some email programs classify our emails as 'spam' or 'promotions' – so you might find this email hiding in another folder. If the tracking information doesn't help or seems wrong, and the delivery timeframe has passed – please contact us and we'll investigate further.
